If you wish to pay by Direct Credit please contact us and we will send you the instructions.
Please make sure that you advise us of the amount that you have paid and the reference you have supplied so that our account department can quickly identify your funds. If you bank with the NAB (as we do) the funds will be transferred immediately, funds from other banks normally go through the next morning. It occasionally takes an additional day from some credit unions.
Please note that if you are reloading or opening a Cash Passport Card by Direct Credit we will need to take a copy of your ID. The only exception is if you purchased your card from Travelex in Brookvale or Wollongong as we will have this on file.
If you are changing money back into Australian Dollars and would like us to credit your bank account please bring your BSB and account number with you when you come in to change your money or close your Cash Passport card.
