Reloading Your Cash Passport Card

Making a Direct Deposit to our bank account to Reload your Cash Passport Card

This is our preferred method for you to reload your cards. It saves you time and can be done easily from overseas and/or from your Ipad. The money usually hits our bank account the following morning (Australia time) and we willl load the card straight away. It sometimes takes a day longer if funds are sent from a Credit Union.

In order to make this process as efficient as possible, below are simple instructions for when you pay us by direct credit.

Step 1 - Your Internet Banking

  1. Using your internet banking choose “transfer funds to another Australian bank account”, or similar wording.dc%20details.png
  2. Fill out the form with our bank details using your name as a reference.
  3. Fill in the amount that you wish to transfer (please note that a minimum of $150 is required for Cash Passport Reloads)
  4. Finalise the payment - you may wish to print out your receipt.

Step 2 - Emailing us the details

Please email us at Wollongong or Brookvale, to let us know that you have transferred the funds.

Please include:

  1. The currency of the card
  2. Your 16 digit card number
  3. The cardholders name
  4. A contact telephone number.

If you omit any of this information it may take us longer to load your card.

Please note that if you did not purchase your card from one of our two stores we do not have your ID on file and will need to receive a copy (by email, fax or in person) before we can load your cards.

Once we receive the funds we will email  you to let you know that your foreign cash or cash passport is ready to pick up or if reloading your existing cash passport card we will email you the receipt.

If you have any questions at any stage of this process please call us in Brookvale on 9939 7490 or Wollongong on 4226 6926.
